Happitat Adventure Park - Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for or entering Happitat Adventure Park ("the Park"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission: Entry to the Park is only permitted with a valid ticket, which must be retained during your visit. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the Park unless authorized by staff. Tickets are non-transferable.
2. Weight and Height Requirements: Each adventure has specific weight and height requirements. It's your responsibility to check these requirements before purchasing tickets.
3. Ticket Rescheduling: Should you wish to change the date or time of your ticket, this must be done no later than 72 hours prior to the original booking time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
4. Safety: All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by Park staff and signage. The Park reserves the right to remove anyone who disregards these safety rules, behaves inappropriately, or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. Health Declaration: By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are in good health and free of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in our activities. You agree to inform Park staff of any pertinent health issues or concerns prior to participating.
6. Photos and Videos: You acknowledge that the Park reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes. If you do not want to appear in such materials, please inform Park staff.
7. Adventure Changes: The Park reserves the right to change, cancel or close any Adventure due to weather conditions, maintenance, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a closure, the Park will attempt to offer a substitute Adventure or rebooking.
8. Personal Belongings: Storage lockers are provided for small items. The Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
9. Code of Conduct: Visitors are expected to respect Park property, fellow guests, staff, and wildlife. Behaviour deemed inappropriate by Park staff may result in removal from the Park without refund. Refunds and Cancellations: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in case of illness with a doctor's note or if the Park cancels an Adventure. Cancellations due to weather will be rebooked for a later date at no additional cost.
10. Liability: You agree that Happitat is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during your visit.
11. Booking Confirmation: A booking confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout is required to enter the Park.
12. Weather Conditions: Some Adventures may not be available due to weather conditions. We will inform you if weather conditions change and affect your booked Adventure.
13. Groups: If you're visiting as part of a group, you must adhere to the specific terms and conditions provided to your group.
14. Parking: Parking is available but limited. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
15. Equipment: All safety equipment will be provided by Happitat. You are not allowed to bring your own equipment.
16. Data Privacy: All personal data collected during the purchase and booking process will be used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these data practices.
17. Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our liability waiver, and you agree to its terms.
18. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
