Born from his pursuit to find a meaningful bond with nature, Happitat is the brainchild of Michael Neururer. Unlike its predecessors in the Northern Hemisphere, we’re fortunate enough to have this high elevation experience, in a perfect climate.

Total Exposure Ultimate Zipline
Experience our highest and longest zipline! You’ll soar 400 metres above pristine National Park at exhilarating speeds, gliding across the entire cliff face. Your adventure doesn’t end there, you’ll navigate back to base via a thrilling Via Ferrata section.
The Arete Via Ferrata Climb
Via Ferrata means "iron path" — Your Arete adventure will take you over the edge for a breathtaking experience along the sheer cliff face. You’ll traverse an 80-metre wobbly bridge, navigate tightropes, timber log crossings, and a climbing net.
The Edge Park Explorer
Step onto our 12-metre cantilevered platform with a breathtaking 400-metre drop below. Breathe in the uninterrupted panorama of the untamed landscape then sink into the quieter side of the wild. Follow bushwalks shaded by towering trees and discover our tranquil natural spring.

Getting Here
You’re in luck. The drive to Happitat is part of the experience. You’ll be winding through the Gold Coast Hinterland and into the heart of the World Heritage Listed Lamington National Park.
Happitat is located on the Binna Burra Cultural Landscape, privately owned by Binna Burra Lodge Ltd, and surrounded by ancient rainforest and soaring cliffs.
