Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement

Happitat Adventure Parks Pty Ltd ACN 633 576 851 (Happitat AP) believes the health and safety of all visitors to the Happitat adventure park (Happitat) is of utmost importance. We're dedicated to helping you find your personal "happi", whilst prioritising your safety. Before we embark on this adventure together, there are some essential matters that we need to address.

In consideration of being granted access to Happitat, and as a condition of your entry into and participation in the activities at Happitat, you hereby provide the following Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement (Waiver) in favour of Happitat AP, in full understanding of the risks and dangers involved with participating in the recreational services and activities at Happitat.

If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), or we otherwise deem you incapable of understanding the subject matter of this this Waiver, then this Waiver must be signed by your parent or guardian.
