Happitat isn’t a theme park – it’s a nature-based adventure park designed for everyone to safely experience thrills with no special skills or strengths required.
The exhilarating European Via Ferrata climbing experience now awaits you as does some of the most epic zip line rides in the world!
Beyond the cliff, explore boardwalks, forest picnic areas, rainforest swimming holes and Little Walden Café, serving up gourmet fare exclusively for Happitat visitors.

What is a Cliff Park?

A Cliff Park is a continuous adventure built into a real cliff, not a collection of rides bolted to concrete.​ At Happitat you move along the rock itself, clipped into a safety system as you climb, cross and zip your way above an ancient rainforest.​ Low guest numbers, world-class guides and a modular design mean your experience feels raw and unscripted while the environment stays protected.​

Getting here

 The journey to Happitat is part of the experience. You'll wind through the Gold Coast Hinterland into the heart of Lamington National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Drive Times:

55 minutes from Gold Coast
90 minutes from Brisbane
Under 2 hours from Byron Bay

Happitat exists on the Binna Burra Cultural Landscape. Just allow travel time, follow the signs and you’ll arrive at our dedicated Happitat carpark at Walden Cafe:

1696 Beechmont Rd, Beechmont.

From here, our shuttle will take you 15 mins up the mountain. Just have your ticket ready to board.
